PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Permanent magnetic drum magnetic separator is a kind of magnetic separation equipment commonly used in the separation of strong magnetic minerals. It is suitable for wet magnetic separation of metal ores with a particle size below 3mm. The screening effect is remarkable and the operation is reliable. It is very popular in the wet mineral processing industry.

Applicable materials

Permanent magnet drum magnetic separator is suitable for wet magnetic separation of ferrimagnetic materials such as magnetite, roasted ore, ilmenite, or iron removal of non-metallic ores.

Scope of application

Permanent magnet drum magnetic separator is widely used in the separation of strong magnetic minerals in metallurgy, mining, building materials, mineral processing and other fields.

Internal Structure

Mainly composed of permanent magnet roller, transmission device, slot body, magnetic adjustment device, giving ore box, concentrate box, slip -stream slot and tailings regulatory valve.

1、Strong magnetic sense and easy operation

The magnetic system is made of high-quality ferrite material or compounded with rare earth magnetic steel, and the demagnetization rate does not exceed 5% in 8 years; there are silt discharge devices on both sides of the tank, which effectively reduces labor input.

2、Excellent material selection and high taste

The surface of the cylinder and the magnetic system materials are well-selected, which can remove waste rocks to a large extent, improve the grade of ore, and effectively reduce the load of the next process.

3、Strong adaptability

The same cylinder can be equipped with three different types of tanks (such as semi-counter-flow tank, counter-flow tank, and downstream tank), which can be widely used in various mineral processing scenarios, adapt to different separation processes and ore particle size requirements, and obtain high grade and Superior beneficiation index with high recovery rate.

4、Good screening effect

The magnetic system is designed with the characteristics of gradual field strength, so that the magnetic particles experience a magnetic field gradient change from weak to strong and then weak when passing through the magnetic field, which helps to improve the sorting efficiency; and the magnetic system has a large wrap angle, which can effectively increase the separation efficiency. Select the band length and the number of magnetic flips to achieve efficient separation of magnetic minerals and non-(weak) magnetic minerals.

The slurry enters the groove body from the feed warehouse, and magnetic selection cylindrical motion is performed under the drive of the power system, the magnetic roller is installed with a magnetic system,the magnetic mineral in the pulp will be adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder under the action of magnetic force, with the roller's circular motion, when exercise to a non -magnetic zone, exercise to the outlet port under the dual action of gravity and centrifugal force, with the enrichment of concentrates, it will precipitate in the mining area to complete the entire magnetic selection process.
